imoo watch phone warranty instructions Service terms
Thank you for choosing imoo watch phone, company will provide a comprehensive service guarantee in accordance with the national rules and regulations. If the service policy conflicts with national laws and regulations, all the laws and regulations of the country shall take priority.
- This warranty policy applies only to imoo watch phone sold in India.
- The warranty for the Product for a period of 12 months from the Date of Purchase or proof of purchase. You are entitled to complimentary maintenance services by imoo support for any manufacturing defect provided the device is not being misused or abused, damaged or waterlogged.
- For removable charger warranty period is 180 days after purchase.
- Some accessories (for example: manual, warranty card, Sim Ejector.) are not covered by this warranty
- A customer may choose watch phone replacement if there is any functional error in watch phone within 10 days from the date of purchase and is also entitled for one year warranty in-case of performance failures.
- In order to avail warranty replacement and repair services, one should show the valid proof of purchase. (repair policy is not applicable on all products)
- The warranty services is limited to repair or replacement of the product & is at the sole discretion of imoo.
- The imoo warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the imoo products only and is non- transferable.
- If the issue is not resolved over call or email, we will arrange to pick up the device from your address, for repair or replacement. In case of non-availability of reverse-pickup facility at your location, imoo will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the imoo customer service team. imoo will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.
- imoo shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in imoo products.
- imoo shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of imoo products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues.
- While imoo will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
- If any coloured internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer’s unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer’s request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
- In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock, an upgraded model of the equivalent price will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund and warranty will continue as per previous product purchase date.
Warranty repair instructions
- Warranty repair services are valid only if the product is used normally. If the product is damaged due to reasons other than product quality or under one of the following situations, one is not entitled to get warranty replacement or repair services.
- Warranty period has expired for warranty replacement or repair services.
- No valid proof of purchase.
- The content on the valid proof of purchase does not match the labels on the product or has been altered.
- Damaged caused by irresistible force like earthquake, fire etc., natural wear and tear of the product (for instance scratch or broken marks on back cover, button, display screen and accessories etc.).
- Faults or defects in the product that are not manufacturing defect or functional fault.
- If handset damages due to using non-original accessories (charger, data cable etc.) is not covered in the replacement and warranty services.
- If product is damaged due to the physical damage.
- During the warranty period, if the imoo Watch Phone is not damaged by human or the product itself has some manufacturing fault, the watch and charging base accessories can be replaced separately.
