We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

All orders are shipped with invoice from imoo, in case you don’t receive, invoice will be available within 24 hours of your order shipped. To view/download the invoice for an individual order, go to your order then select invoice next to the relevant order details.

If you received wrong or missing merchandise, please contact our customer support via  with photo evidence of your claim within 24 Hours. We will process your claim within 5 business days as per evidence examine.

If you’ve noticed damage upon delivery, please ask the courier person to make take note. Please keep the original packaging and contact customer support within 24 Hours of receiving. Be sure to include pictures of the damage. Once we obtain all of the relevant information, it will usually take 5 business days to process.

If you notice that your tracking number has not been updated for an extended period of time, please contact Customer Support. Once we obtain all of the relevant information it will take 5 business days to process. We will do our best to handle your case as soon as possible.
